Your customer card in the Wallet. It’s that simple.

Important: When you visit the OSCAR store for the first time, you must first create a new account. Simply follow these instructions.

If you have registered in our store without an existing (physical) customer card or simply prefer to go digital, you now have the option of saving your OSCAR customer card digitally on your cell phone. Below is a brief guide.

 

1. Log in to your customer account with your e-mail address and password.

2. Click on “Meine Kundenkarten und Autos”.

3. Click on the pencil symbol to enter your e-mail address for the delivery of the digital customer card. Then confirm with the tick in the top left-hand corner.

4. If you have entered all the data correctly, you can click on the wallet icon and this message should appear.

5. Switch to your mail program on your cell phone. You should find this message there. Click on the highlighted button.

6. Your new digital customer card will now appear, which you can add to your wallet. We hope you enjoy washing.
